Capture Marketing has been selected by the Justin J. Watt Foundation to develop and execute marketing, media and sponsorship activities for the inaugural JJ Watt Charity Classic on Saturday, April 27, 2013. The event will be held at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas, a suburb of Houston, Texas.
Defensive and offensive players from Watt’s NFL team, the Houston Texans, will compete on opposing teams during a seven-inning game (two hour game limit). In addition, some players will take part in a home run derby prior to the game.
Funds raised will benefit the Justin J. Watt Foundation, whose mission is to provide after-school opportunities for children in the community to become involved in athletics, so that they may learn the basic character traits of accountability, teamwork, leadership, work ethic and perseverance while in a safe and supervised environment with their peers. The Justin J. Watt Foundation encourages children to “Dream Big Work Hard.”
